Orange peels

Not to mention they can help you get rid of blemishes, dark spots, blackheads, and dark circles. To enjoy these benefits, you can rub orange peel on your skin. Don’t be harsh though. 

It can also help in digestion. You can prepare an orange peel tea to get the benefit. Just add one cup of boiling water to one tablespoon of dried peels. Cover and keep them soaked for about 10 minutes. Remove the peels, add some fresh honey and drink it as tea. 

Kiwi peels

There is no denying that kiwis are a sheer delight to eat.  You will be surprised to know that kiwi peels are actually more nutritious than the fruit itself. Containing the goodness of flavonoids, vitamin C and fibre, they can boost immunity and improve lung and heart health.  Kiwi peels are edible. You can consume them as is, but after properly washing them. 

Mango peels

Who doesn’t cherish mangoes in summer? It’s a sheer delight and no less than heaven when it comes to taste. If you already love mangoes, let us give you one more reason to love them. Mango peels can be highly beneficial for your health.

They are rich in antioxidants, helping reduce the damage of free radicals. They are also rich in fibre which helps in digestion and is good for heart health.

You can use these peels to prepare mango syrup by boiling them and adding sugar. Alternatively, you can also add a pinch of lemon juice to improve the taste.
